Shipping and Return Policy for BCM Off Road

Please examine your merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with any item for any reason, you may return it following the instructions in document. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, return shipping and insurance costs are the customer's responsibility. We cannot accept returned packages freight collect, and Billet Concepts Machining is not liable for merchandise damaged during shipping. To initiate return process, you must contact Billet Concepts Machining. All items returned for exchange or refund must be in new condition, include the manual, and have all original. Items received that are damaged due to inadequate packaging, misuse, or neglect be sent back to the customer, and any refund or credit will be adjusted accordingly. Special orders, close, and "as is" products are non-returnable. Billet Concepts Machining reserves the to refuse returns, send merchandise back to the customer, or apply a 20% restocking fee under the following conditions: 1) Merchandise is received after the 90-day trial period without prior authorization. 2) The merchandise is incomplete, damaged, used, scratched. 3) The returned merchandise is improperly packaged. ) The merchandise was ordered but delivery was refused. Refunds are available within 30 days. can return any merchandise for a full refund, minus shipping and handling, within period. Note that if shipping charges have not been invoiced or, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Returns for refunds will not be accepted after 90 days. Customers can return equipment for exchange or upgrade within 30 days.
